Billing
We offer two billing options: monthly and annually (you save 20% when you pay annually).Your monthly billling cycle is for a 30-day period, which may not correspond to the months on the calendar (for example, you billig period may begin on the 17th of the month and end on the 16th). Liekwise, if you are on an annual billing cycle, your cycle will commence on the day that you subscribe and will end one year from that day (for example, your annual billing period may begin on May 3rd and end on May 2nd of the following year).
Services are billed for in advance.
Monthly or annual invoices will be sent via PayPal invoice in the form of an email. Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Yo do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay via credit/debit card.
Payment is due upon receipt of a invoice. However, if a payment is not received by the begining of the period being billed for, services may be suspended until payment is received. Once payment is received, the payment will be applied to the original period for which the invoice was intended.
Upgrading/Downgrading
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan level at any time. Please allow 24-48 hours for changes in plan services. Upon upgrading to a higher-priced plan, an invoice for the prorated differnece between the old plan and the new one. Changes to services do not takeĀ effect until payment is received. The fee for the upgraded amunt will be reflected in the invoice sent prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be made for any plan fees previously paid, where the plan was downgraded.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we canniot refund any portion of anny fees previously paid.
